Milwaukee multifamily roof replacement project involved removing three existing layers of roofing and installing a complete new roofing system. Our team at Modern Exterior Roofing replaced the aging roof with IKO Dynasty shingles in Shadow Brown, providing the property with improved durability, weather protection, and a refreshed appearance.
As part of the roof replacement, we removed the existing box vents and upgraded the ventilation system with continuous ridge venting to provide more effective airflow throughout the attic space. We also installed new counter flashing around the 2' × 2' chimney and properly addressed the existing lead plumbing stacks to help protect vulnerable roof penetrations from water intrusion.
The existing satellite dish was carefully removed during the roofing work and re-installed after completion. With approximately 28 squares of new roofing installed, this project gave the entire multifamily property a more reliable and better-ventilated roofing system built for Wisconsin weather.
