Oak Creek home received a comprehensive exterior upgrade, combining multiple siding styles and materials to create a clean, modern, and highly durable finish. The project focused on the front-facing elevations, where we removed existing materials and installed new siding down to grade for a complete and seamless look.
A key feature of this transformation is the installation of Versetta Stone along a 3.5 foot half wall across the entire front of the home, continuing up the rightmost elevation for a bold, cohesive design. Complementing the stonework, board and batten siding was installed on the right garage elevation, while shake siding was applied to the left garage elevation, adding depth and architectural contrast.
To complete the exterior, AZEK trim was installed on corners, above the stone, around garage doors, and used to enhance the front posts for a more substantial appearance. PVC trim provided by the homeowner was also installed around the front door for a clean, finished entryway. Finally, the gutter system was replaced to ensure proper drainage and long term performance.
